DECIBEL READINGS

As we were unable to test every model of bike, we are posting here the results we obtained w/ our instruments,  as we gathered data, utilizing the VTX 1800R (as measured ten feet directly behind the bike)......as you compare the readings, stock vs. STPW modified, please note that although another model may produce lower or higher overall "noise levels", the percentage of difference in the "noise level" between the OEM stock pipe (s) and the STPW modified pipe (s) will be very similar.

Please note:   Modified pipe results were obtained with Primary Baffle (s) in quiet position with Port covers closed.
