	•	Please note: We take extreme precautions to ensure that your chrome finish is not damaged while in our care.

**If loaner pipes are desired please select the "LOANER PIPE (s) / refundable $100 Core Charge Option (on the PURCHASING PAGE).

***PLEASE NOTE*** If LOANER PIPES are desired, the refundable $100 core charge deposit and an additional $40 S&H charge will be added to our invoice to you. **Your $100 CORE DEPOSIT will be promptly refunded upon safe return of our loaner pipe (s), (including all clamps, bolts and gaskets).

**When our shipping container arrives, pull our “loaner pipe (s)” out – place your pipe (s) in our shipping container and send back to us --- we will modify and ship back to you promptly --- place our stock pipe (s) back in shipping container and send back in good condition, along with all clamps and gaskets – we will refund your $100 core deposit promptly. These “perfect sized” custom made shipping containers are the correct dimensions needed for adequate protection of the pipes without incurring “oversize shipping surcharges” – they are lightweight and very strong -- virtually eliminating the possibility of chrome damage during shipping—packing materials and instructions are included.

	•	Send us your mufflers only (not header pipes) (except Aero 750, Shadow Ace 750 & Valkyrie).
	•	The following models MUST be shipped in a container not to exceed 60” in length, 7” in width and 16” in height:
		*Aero 750
		*Shadow ACE 750

		PLEASE NOTE: If the above box dimensions are exceeded your shipping cost will raise dramatically.
	•	Chrome tip (s) must be shipped to us with pipe (s) -- they are essential during fit up for proper alignment.
	•	Wrap each pipe well with bubble wrap, carpet pad or similar material.
	•	***To prevent in-transit chrome damage, it is essential that you use the heaviest bubble wrap or other material and use a lot of it, especially around the muffler body chrome and tip.

	•	Give us notice via email when you actually ship so we can be watching for your shipment.
	•	We truly appreciate each & every order but to avoid significant problems Please DO NOT DROP SHIP pipes to us that you have purchased "sight unseen" -- if your "new" used pipes have any flaws in the chrome finish (and almost all have at least some minor issue ) It is important that you see any chrome flaws before you ship them to us -- THANK YOU."
